Contacting Tech Support:
When you contact HK tech support (phone, fax, or email), please provide the following:
- version of Fitnessgram
- whether you are using a PC or MAC computer,
- the operating system you are currently using,
- information contained in the About section (located in the Help menu),
- the exact wording of the error message(s) or the message number(s) appearing onscreen,
- a complete description of what happened and what you are doing when the error message(s) appeared,
- and an explanation of how you tried to solve the problem.
