  • By Phone. Call Human Kinetics at 1-800-747-4457, ext 5555 to place an order over the phone using a credit card.
  • Online. Use the links in the table below to go to the Human Kinetics Web site and place an order using a credit card.
  • Purchase Order. Fax your school purchase order to 217-351-1549.
  • By Mail. Download and print the order form. The completed form can be mailed to Human Kinetics, P.O. Box 5076, Champaign, IL 61825-5076
